If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a complete and immediate refund. Books must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt. Our refund guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does no affect them in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot refund delivery costs where an item is not damaged or faulty.

If the books are damaged or faulty then 'authorisation to return' must be obtained. Contact us on 01394 389850. For damages where a replacement book is required, new books will be despatched straight away. In the case of refunds, they will only be applied to your account once the damaged books have been returned to us. Please remember to quote your invoice and account numbers in any correspondence.
